Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage office phone calls and emails
- Oversee and coordinate arrival and departure schedules for ownership
- Schedule and track service providers, vendors & sub-contractors
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including data entry and client invoicing
- Create and maintain databases and records for financial and personnel information
- Organize and file office paperwork
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Provide support to staff as needed

Property Maintenance Manager (FT)

Mainstay is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. This dynamic, client-facing role, is a key part of our daily operations. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about Nantucket and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Applicants must be highly conscientious and able to work to meet diverse client needs. The property maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance and repair at various client’s homes, as directed by the owners. This includes coordination with office staff, our team of subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure that their properties are well-maintained and safe to occupy.
The property maintenance manager may also be tasked with developing long-term plans for maintaining the property in question. This may include, but not be limited to, creating a schedule for routine inspections, planning for future repairs or renovations, and more.
Property maintenance skills are preferred but are not required – on-the-job training will be provided. Heavy lifting (over 75lbs.) and physical challenges are often part of the work. Hours are generally 8:00am to 4:30pm M-F, with some Saturday work required.
