2025 Owner’s Use Form

Please indicate on the following form how you intend to use your weeks for the year 2025: OCCUPY, RENT or RCI BANK

OCCUPY – you or a guest of yours will use the interval weeks in 2025

RENT – you would like Mainstay to put the interval week(s) in the rental pool and attempt to rent the week(s)

RCI BANK – you have or intend to bank the week(s) with RCI

If you choose to rent your week(s), please note the following:

Our rental commission is 15%. There is no charge to the owner for the check-in fee.
Rental monies will be disbursed 30 days after the end of the month in which your rental occurs, less any outstanding invoices due.
When a lease is sent out for your property we will mail you a notice. Once we have a received the executed lease with a rental deposit we will send you a confirmation notice by email. If you request to rent out your week(s) and your plans change, let us know at once in order to avoid any confusion about occupancy.
While we will do our best in finding renters for your interval, please keep in mind that off-season weeks do not often rent often.
